Windows on the River has its own secure parking lot with an attendant to collect payment - you do NOT have to pay! Please notify the attendant you are with The Gilles Wedding we will take care of the rest.

Both our ceremony and reception will be at the same location (Windows on the River).

Help us get the party started as scheduled! We recommend that you arrive 30 minutes before the start of the ceremony to make sure everyone is seated on time (doors open at 5 pm and ceremony starts promptly at 5:30 pm).

It is Ohio, so anything is possible! Our cocktail hour (6-7pm) will be outside on the patio near the water so if you are worried about getting a little chilly we would recommend bringing a jacket/cover up.

The dress code for our wedding is cocktail attire: cocktail dresses, dressy separates, suit and tie or a sports coat.

Indoors for both the ceremony and reception. Our cocktail hour will be located on the outdoor patio (weather permitting).

While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.

Due to the space limitations of our venue, we unfortunately have to limit the rehearsal dinner guest list to those who will be playing a role in the ceremony. We apologize in advance to those who are not included.

Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your wedding invitation.

Yes, through the main entrance, located on the first floor to your left you will find an elevator.

We definitely want to make sure you enjoy your time and meal on our wedding day, please let us know when you RSVP about your dietary needs.

We are so thankful you will be joining us for this celebration of our love. While gifts are not expected, we have registered for a few items we need for our home at Target and Amazon. You can also access our wedding registry's right here on The Knot under the Registry tab starting July 10.

Wedding invitations will be sent out in July and we kindly ask that you RSVP no later than Wednesday, September 4. There are a lot of moving pieces for our wedding and we need to have final head counts for our vendors!

Kindly reserve your room by September 10, 2024.

We have arranged complimentary transportation to and from the wedding venue and hotel. The shuttle will depart at 5pm from the hotel and return at 10pm to begin transporting guests back to the hotel until 11:30pm.
